On Wednesday I started a strict diet/exercise plan which also involves drinking more water.

My body mass index is 37

Went also for jog and gentle weights session yesterday.

Also got loads done domestically yesterday.

Felt much better waking up this morning

AIBU to feel much better after 2 days?

Good luck to anyone who’s attempting any challenge like this !! ❤️❤️💪

Well done, and keep going. Hydration is enormous in physical wellbeing. A lot of people report feeling better after things like the Plexus “Pink Drink” regime or “juice cleanses” and ascribe it to some magical property when actually, they’re just getting a lot more fluids.

Make sure that “strict” doesn’t become unsustainable, though. You want something that you don’t give up on after two weeks because it’s boring and miserable, and that you’re able to turn into a longer term lifestyle rather than a fad.

Well done 👏. Pretty normal to feel better straight away, it’s the mental high from getting stared combined with better hydration and less sluggishness from excessive heavy food.

be aware you’ll have ups and downs though. Keep going, even if you plateau for a bit that’s just your body resetting its normal point. Good luck!

Yes so true about the pitfalls of strict diets.

Haven’t heard of Plexus Pink Drink
