This is the second day of my strict diet and exercise plan which I can proudly say I’ve stuck to. I’m now about to go running hit half an hour and followed by a weights session … IN THE COLD!!
I don’t want to do it at all but know it’s for the greater good - so I’M GOING TO !!
Skipping this session would just be a false economy ..
