This is the second day of my strict diet and exercise plan which I can proudly say I’ve stuck to. I’m now about to go running hit half an hour and followed by a weights session … IN THE COLD!!

I don’t want to do it at all but know it’s for the greater good - so I’M GOING TO !!

Skipping this session would just be a false economy ..

Can I ask you lovely mumsnetters to cheer me on?? !!

Good luck by the way with all your own personal goals!! ❤️🙌 - whatever they may be

You can do it.

I've never regretted going for a run even if sometimes I don't fancy it. I have people who cheer me when they see me and it helps so much and means a lot.

Even if you don't feel like it, don't want to, don't think you're going to, PUT THE CLOTHES ON. Even the trainers. Always put all the gear on.

I have never thought, "fuck it, I'm dressed for it, I might as well." Sneaky but it works.

I put my running gear in the bathroom the night before if I think I'll forget or not fancy it. I see the clothes, put them on before I have time to think and then have to run then.
