Christ, mate. Read between the lines. She’s just after support.

Better off having a less strict diet that you can actually stick to week after week, month after month until it just becomes the way that you eat now

You're not unreasonable to want to lose weight. Well done on today but a VLCD is unsustainable and unlikely to work in the long run.

Do you have a meal plan for tomorrow? I might join you ☺️

Good luck if you start tomorrow ❤️

haven’t got a strict meal plan but I’m hoping to start a gentle jog and weight training tomorrow- possibly have a nice beef sandwich ?

I'm v similar stats and feel similarly a bit hopeless. I do agree that smaller changes, one little win at a time is more effective than a whole new regime that's unlikely to last. Each break time I don't have biscuits, each weeknight I don't have a glass of wine, each time I pick up a craft or puzzle instead of heading to the fridge is a win.
