Any ideas on what this is on my son’s face?

He’s had it for around a week now. I’m thinking I might have to take him to the pharmacy. Any ideas what it might be? He said it’s a bit sore but not bothering him too much.

Possibly impetigo

Impetigo was my first thought also.

I thought impetigo also, but could be some sort of dermatitis if he is drooling a lot. Definitely bring him to the pharmacist or GP for a look. Impetigo is VERY contagious.

Impetigo pharmacy for fucidin cream they can now prescribe it without having to go to gp. Look for pharmacy which has pharmacist who can assess and prescribe

It looks more like a bit of eczema to me.
