Sickness after preschool boosters?

Posting here for prompt responses....
Just looking for abit of reassaurance as DD had these immunisations this afternoon and has since been generally quite wiped out, irritable and has now just woken up and been sick, and complained her tummy hurts.
She has now quickly gone back to sleep.
Plan to keep an eye on her at periods overnight, but just checking if others have experienced any similar reaction?
She was absolutely well beforehand.

Many thanks

Mine had flu like symptoms for the next day and a half. She didn't actually vomit but was lethargic and had a high temperature and slept lots and cried in pain/was generally quite poorly. Then it just lifted suddenly. Hope your DD feels much better soon.

It's pretty normal from memory and the nurse warned they might be a bit under the weather for a couple of days.

I can't remember whether pre school boosters are live vaccines or not but that can make a difference too.

I am going through similar right now - DD had preschool booster vaccine & MMR on Wednesday afternoon - she had a raging fever from around 7pm Wednesday until 7am Thursday. That passed and she had a really sore throat, hurt to swallow and hasn’t eaten much in the last day and a half (she has been drinking water / milk). She’s woken up now (from 4am Friday morning) vomiting - she’s going back to sleep in between but is waking every hour or so to be sick. I’ll call the GP when they open at 8am - unsure if your LO is feeling better now, did it pass? It’s horrible to have them like this!

I think that sounds more like she's caught a bug, rather than a side effect.
