Disgusting workplace facilities, should I report this?

We have one staff toilet which has a broken seat. Apparently this has been broken for some time, and it's on their 'to do list' to fix.
They could literally get someone in the next day if they wanted.

I discovered today that cleaners come every 6 weeks. The building is dirty, we aren't professional cleaners and we can clean up after ourselves but we don't have the time nor resources to clean everywhere properly.
Every 6 weeks is ludicrous.

There are probably other things but tbh I don't think the above is good enough. Does it sound like there's anything I could report here?

I assume that all internal efforts have failed. I would consider it something for environmental health at your local council, especially if food is consumed somewhere on the premises.

I worked recently for a retail million pound company that had disgusting toilets the whole time I worked there and towards the end i would hold myself as much as possible coz there was mushrooms growing the back of the toilets due to the water leaks that had got worse and worse to the point where they ripped up the tiles coz someone slipped on them . The men’s toilets you could smell them just walking down the corridor .

Companies are putting profit before their employees health and it shouldn’t be allowed .
