For example have you ever nearly been run over?

Very nearly died in November from some medical complications.

That was interesting.

Nearly killed a few weeks ago in a horrific car crash that was entirely the fault of the other driver. Sat, trapped in the vehicle with smoke billowing out until rescued. Terrifying. Still in pain from injuries.

I have come within hours of dying,twice,in the last 13 years. The first time was from a strangulated umbilical hernia, and the second time was from a pulmonary embolism. Thankfully they were both picked up in time.
