It's paid hourly and weekly in arrears. Hourly rate I think is £13.88 which includes holiday pay rolled up, its initially a 6-month contract which is likely to get extended but not 100%.
Also I can apply for permanent roles within the organisation whilst I'm there. I've worked here before as permanent staff and know people there.
It's hybrid remote and I have an additional job which earns me about £160 a month.
I won't get paid for bank holidays or any annual leave etc .. i have a bank role I can work in during holidays, but I won't be getting much time off. Not sure whether to accept or not, just worried it's too unstable.

I just want something that's financially stable and where I'm taking home at least £1800 net a month. I do currently have a job but it's not working out.
