Just watching Good Morning Britain and Noel Phillips is reporting on Trump pausing USA aid to Ukraine and yet again this morning I can’t get past the smug laughing look he has on his face.
i know he can’t help his facial expressions but every time he appears on GMB he almost seems to be laughing no matter what the subject.
