Paramedics - Thank you Gift?

we had 4 incredible, amazing paramedics deliver our baby this week after a very unexpected short labour (45 mins)!

we’ve already reached out to the patient experience line and sent an email with their details on to personally thank them, but as I know which station they are based at, I’d like to get them a thank you gift, as I really don’t think these amazing people get thanked enough.

i was thinking a Costa gift card so they can grab a drink/treat on their shift, but wondered if any paramedics or anyone has any other thoughts? I won’t be able to personally give it to them, but I hope the gift will reach them.

Are you going to post the cards, addressed to each of them? That would work. They can be limited on what they can accept, but a costa gift card is something they can use.

I work in a different emergency service and think a Costa or Card or similar would be a lovely thought. You could post it at their station addressed to them specifically- it would get to me if you did that for our service and I imagine they would be the same

yes, I can deliver it to the local station.

We're allowed to accept those sorts of amounts. That is such a lovely gesture and it is never expected but always really appreciated. That will make their day I'm sure 😊

Sure they are over the moon at delivering a baby anyway, But they may be able to use it for any revalidation they do.
