I'm fed up of the hormonal acne every month. I don't drink at all but I know I need to cut the sugar out of my diet..my skin is usually quite clear but I will start getting clumps of spots on my chin and nose the week before, as well as oily skin and hair.
Mental health is very poor in the week running up too, feel very teary and down.
Just feels like something women have to put up with every month, wondering if anyone's noticed improvements with certain treatments?
I'm planning to speak to my GP on Monday regarding antidepressants. Not necessarily something I need all month round, but I don't know what else could combat the PMS.
