This is a long shot & sorry to be so vague. It's a dance track from about 2002 to 2005. Not trancy though, had a bit of an 80's vibe.
All I can say about the video is a young lady, strawberry blonde hair in a ponytail, walking. When she got near a bridge a young man appeared from nowhere and they had an instant connection. Started to dance, levitated & fingers connected with each other by some electronic force.
Then when the song ended they came back to the ground & he disappeared into thin air as quickley as he appeared.
