Labour's 60p Breakfast Club Brilliant or Crazy?

I haven't made up my mind on it all and I would love to hear your opinions - do you really think it will work? What are your thoughts? Do you think it will be easier for working parents or to get parents back to work? Is it just lip service? Is it a no-go for SEN parents? How about the 60p? Should it be more? Less? Who's staffing it..? Is it already working in your school? Should it be for all kids...?
Give me your views.. so I can get a better insight! 💖

We have free breakfast club in our school in Wales. I think most schools do here. It’s open to all, no need to book and it works well.

It won’t work logistically for me (wfh kids get on a school bus) but I’m sure it’d help some people.

Great idea, all for it.

It's a very expensive way of capturing those children who wouldn't get breakfast otherwise.

I'm sure all those parents who have been taxed on their private school fees are relieved it's being spent so well.
