Hard lumps on upper stomach after c section

Hi, sorry posting for traffic here.

The top of my stomach has a series of hard lumps and bumps and depressions. (Half way from belly button to ribcage - ie. Top of baby bump area). It is more on one side (the left and in a curved band shape).

I dont remember this first c section. I am 3 days post section.

I assumed it was gas/ bloating. But then what are the depressions?

It’s very strange.

Anyone can reassure me as I am not rushing anywhere to get this checked in the middle of the night.

I have tried a photo but you cant really see it on there with the light. So attached this and marked the areas. The whole thing is so hard, swollen and bloated its more the depression between the two red circles which is identifiable IYSWIM.

Is this panic worthy? Or normal

do get checked if you are worried but your uterus will still be larger than normal and it could be that

I had some lumps and bumps following mine. If your 3 days post C-section you should have a midwife visit, mention to her. I know automatically mine was checked with 1st and 2nd C-section at home however after my 3rd I didn’t get home for almost 2 months so literally had to chase a dr inbetween nicu visits to check xx

In my mind that’s the lower swelling and the upper is probably my bowels having a freak out 😅

Its not getting worse so will watch and wait with fingers crossed 🤞
