Is my identity being cloned?

Feeling a bit wierded out... on Thursday I went for dinner with a friend and my credit card was declined. I use my card for most things and pay off at the end of the month.
The waitress said their machine had been playing up so on the way home I tried to buy some milk from the shop but it was denied again. I logged in to my app and no suspicious activity.
I added the card on Google.pay and used that to get the biusbfare the next day to work.
At lunchtime I got an automated call from the credit card company to say there had been suspicious activity and they'd blocked my card and to press 1 to get put through to someone. I hung up and called them directly and they unblocked my card.
This morning my card still.didnt work at the shops so.I called again and they gave now ordered me another one. Fine.
Then this.morning I got an email.from.parkrun Australia saying congrats on time in the park run in Brisbane in the age group 45-49 (my age group). I live in London UK.
I looked on their website through a separate search and indeed I have come 15th. I mean welll done me, but WTF?
Should I be freaked out? Anyone been cloned like this before?

The Australia thing is probably just someone putting in the wrong email address.

Someone in Poland tries to buy a PS5 with my card 15 minutes after I paid for food at my local McDonalds in the UK. Luckily the bank computers blocked that transaction and another attempt at a FootLocker later that day.

Thanks, my email is very random though, nothing to do with my name. So wierd!
