Bought a service from a company that went bust before the service was done. Got my money back from the credit card. Received a letter from the lawyers (I think), saying:
I’m writing enclosing a notice of deemed consent. Please find attached a copy for the statement of affairs of the company. Blablabla. Then what’s written in the photo attached here
And then there are pages and pages of names, addresses, and how much money these people are owed.
How can this be allowed? Why am I knowing all this private information about other people?
