In bits here, having watched this film.

Like most people, I’ve heard of Ebola, of course. Something like Malaria or yellow fever. Awful, but not something people in the UK need to overly worry about.

Boy, just watched this film. I had no idea of the incredible, selfless efforts of healthcare professionals and agencies in Lagos who, after receiving a case into a private clinic in the city went all out to contain the disease, at huge personal cost.

The whole world owes those people an enormous debt of gratitude.

It is an amazing film which I have watched several times.

MrsSkylerWhite · 18/02/2025 23:19

Isn’t it?

Why isn’t the Lagos health authority’s rapid action not more widely known?

Had it not been so efficient, the whole world would have been looking at a pandemic that would have put covid in the shade.

Thanks for starting this thread. I know a little about Ebola but not as much as I should and I haven't heard of this film.

Do you know where it's available to watch?

MrsSkylerWhite · 18/02/2025 23:34

I watched on Amazon Prime.

I have added this to my watchlist - thank you.

MolkosTeenageAngst · 18/02/2025 23:36

I’m not interested to watch it

ByQuaintAzureWasp · 18/02/2025 23:40

I will watch that when home.

I would recommend Blackfish on Netflix, it's about the horrendous lives of orcas and the subsequent deaths of trainers.

Ok. Thankfully, you don’t have to 🤷‍♀️
