Just that really. I know it's nothing like the real deal of face to face counselling but I've been using it to vent and figure out things lately

I would only like to advise everyone who is using ChatGPT or any other AI driven tools for therapy or anything else of that kind to be careful with the accuracy of advice, suggestions, other outputs given by those tools. I have been using various AI drive tools for work recently and sometimes it's quite frightening to see how many mistakes there are in the outputs that they produce. Don't want to sound miserable but just wanted to suggest turning to multiple sources of information to validate everything advised by ChatGPT and similar tools.
