I think it’s lovely to see Elon bringing his son with him to work. However it makes me wonder about all his other kids. Why has he chosen this child over all the others? I know he lost one child “to the woke mind virus” but there are many more? Maybe now that he’s so powerful he can bring his kid everywhere but previously he wasn’t?

Apparently hes been in a long custody battle with Grimes (the boys mum) and has denied her access to the kids and cost her a fortune in legal bills. I think he's parading the kid to hurt her.

No it's not lovely. He is manipulating Trump, it's not a bloody crèche, it's the Oval office. I bet trump hates it too but he's in hock to him

He has 12 children so it's going to take a while for him to work through them unless you think he should bring them all in at once, a bit like a class field trip.

He has a 19 year old employee sorting data to decide who he's going to fire today so maybe he can let one of his teens fire a few hundred thousand federal employees so they can really see what his job is like.

Think it's also a clever PR stunt. The whole press conference was about him being accused of a hostile takeover of government. So he's saying 'look, im just a safe, relatable family man, not a scary billionaire trashing your democracy'

He's always brought X to work and events, it's not a new thing. I get the impression from social media that Grimes hates that her son is in the public eye like this (they have 2 other children who are not), and that Elon has form for not returning him to her.
