For about a week I've had this cold..
My throat is a bit sore- small cough at night.
But mostly, my sinuses are congested.
I don't have a runny nose though and I am not blowing my nose, I don't seem to need to.
But I'm sniffing it up all day long and swallowing. It's gross.
Thankfully I'm not around people a lot.
Could the swallowing be making it last longer / give me a sore throat ?
My nose itself actually feels rather dry, so I don't really get it.
Does anyone know ? It's as if the congestion is higher up in my nose and the sniffing makes it go down my throat.
So gross. Sorry ! My nose is clear and I can breathe through it. But when I speak, I do sound like I have a cold/ congested nose.
