Calcium chloride from dehumidifier related stuff has been knocked by our toddler (20 months). It’s all over her hands and clothes which obviously we have washed and she’s had a bath. I’m extremely worried this has caused some severe damage. It says toxic on the packaging and to wash etc if in contact with it but I’m terrified as she’s so little

Unless it got in her eyes/drank some then you did right. You washed her so it’s all good. She would have irritated eyes if it got in her eyes anyway.

It's irritating to eyes and somewhat irritating to skin. You'd definitely know about it if it was in her eyes. It might make her skin a bit dry or sore, maybe pop some E45 or similar cream on her. Other than that, nothing drastic is going to happen.
