I'm in the property business. I decided after inheriting some money, I would invest in property. So just over a year ago I found myself a business partner & I thought at the time I was lucky as she already had a property management company. The plan was to build our portfolio, she already had some deals in the pipeline, i invested in those. Now after a year of working with her I have found she is a very dominating person who wants everything her way. This week she has upset 1 of my clients, we are just about to start a refurbishment project for this client & now im worried the client is going to pull the plug on us. We both have very different ideas on what customer service looks like, she thinks our clients have to work for us, that they need to fall into a line a go by our guidlines without questioning anything. I work for my customers, I look after my customers, I'm nice to my customers & I will go the extra mile to make sure my customers are happy and if this means breaks guidelines to keep my clients, I absolutely will do! But she sees this as not productive and is constantly moaning that I haven't stuck to her system. Now I'm realising that I really don't like being told what to do and I will break the rules! I want a company that will trive not dive! I have alot of money invested with her and the company and I'm really struggling on seeing a way out without loosing my money and keeping my reputation from being trashed! Any ideas would be really appreciated 🙏
