6 year DS with loud tummy noises

At first I just thought he had an upset stomach or was hungry. But whenever he eats or just randomly during the day I can hear some very loud gurgles from his tummy, even if he’s not sitting close to me.
He’s not in any discomfort and is eating as normal. So I’m not sure if this is something I should be worried about. It’s like a growling sound. It’s definitely not hunger or thirst as he’s been eating and drinking.

As he’s not in any discomfort or distress I’m not sure whether to worry/take him to see the GP or not? Anyone got any ideas what it might be or had similar.

I’ve only noticed it the past week.

It’s probably just gas or food passing g through the digestive system. Keep an eye on it to make sure he doesn’t get other symptoms

food diary, and make a note when the stomach is making noises, see if its worse after certain foods, and it may be day or days later, keep the diary and include times and results, see if you can narrow any foods.

I thought that, but then again I’ve never heard it like that before when he’s had food digesting.

@Goldengirl123 What other symptoms am I looking out for?
