To ask if this would be worth doing? Childcare discount

I'm looking at a childcare job role, one of the things that appeals to me is 60% childcare discount, which would save around £600 a month in childcare fees, going from 1125 to around 450.

Does anyone have a job like this that involves heavy childcare discounts? Is there a catch to it?

The above is based on 5 days per week

If the childcare setting doesn't suit your child and you move them, you obviously lose that benefit. So, be really sure that the salary you are being offered is full market rate and will remain so if you use the childcare benefit.
