I get paid every two weeks. I pay on receipt of my bill. For some reason, I am billed for my energy use every 2 weeks and the bill was for about £100. So far I have paid about half and I can’t pay the rest until the 20th after unexpected bills and I have explained that to the advisor.
The advisor has told me that if I don’t pay my bill on the 18th I will be issued a late payment charge and they will pass my details on to a debt collection agency. I don’t have a credit card but it will affect my credit score and I was meaning to take out a car that I need on finance later this year.
this feels really excessive and depressing
