To be fed up with DHs inconsiderate parking?

DH is good most of the time when driving, follows speed limits, calm, careful around the other cars etc but when it comes to parking he must be the biggest piss taker in the country.

Instead of using the parking sensors he will just drive at 1mph until he bumps into a wall or bollard and then puts the brakes on. I know this is not a competency issue since he never bumps other cars/houses.

Constantly scratches the rims on curbs and drives up curbs.

He never pays for parking and ignores the fines. He treats this like a joke e.g. the letters are brainwashing from the shadow government. So far it has worked out but I worry one day he'll be taken to court over this.

If there's anything in the way (which isn't alive) he'll drive into it. A carton of milk which exploded everywhere, a trolley in the supermarket, tree branches. As I'm sure you can imagine, the car looks like it has been driven through Afghanistan.

It's his car and he wouldn't do the same with mine but I still wish he would treat it with more respect. AIBU?

I'm trying to work out if he doesn't pay for parking, how on earth he doesn't have multiple owing tickets and bailiffs coming to the front door. Quite apart from that, I would be mortified by the parking technique and I don't think I could be in a car with him (if he's driving).

It occasionally happens and we ignore them. He seems to think that only the council can enforce them.

God this would give me the ick.

To deliberately not look after an expensive asset, crash into other people’s property instead of just looking or using sensors and then to wilfully refuse to pay for parking or pay parking fines as if the rules don’t apply to him and then hiding under the tin foil hat of “they can’t enforce the fines”…..?

Ew.

That is quite strange, is it his tiny contribution to anarchy maybe?
