Anyone else had this and labor resumed

consistent contractions and lost my mucus plug and bloody show 3cm dilated but baby was getting distressed so I had a shot of terbutaline which has stopped my contractions completely how long till they resume ?? Been sent home to wait

I had that. Mine was due to stress. Is this your first?
edited to say that Labour resumed later in the day.

It’s been 12 hours since I received the injection leaking my bloody show but not contracting this is my 4th baby
