I find agnus castus helpful. Took a couple months to feel full effects.

I took rescue remedy before an interview recently and actually found it made me feel less nervous. placebo affect or not.

You need to try. No one can tell if it works for you.

They 'work' for some people, but only because of the placebo effect. There's not actually anything in them that has any proven effect on mood.

People can share their experiences though, which I guess is the real question.

I found that they allowed me to sleep because my head was not so full of thoughts. They leave you with a funny taste in your mouth, but it's a small price to pay for some proper rest.

Second Agnus castus

I like rescue remedy as the flavour acts as a prompt / placebo. I tried kalms once, but they don't taste of anything, so it didn't feel like it would do anything
Of course it then didn't as I didn't believe in it.

I found them kind of helpful, but I now take anti-anxiety gummies that I found on Amazon alongside Paroxetine.

AlbertCamusflage · 31/01/2025 17:25

I've taken them by the handful without any affect whatsoever.

And Rescue Remedy is even feebler. It could only work as a sensory prompt for mindful calmness, like sniffing lavender or something. All very well if you have done the work of mindfulness, pretty hopeless otherwise.

I take TRIP cbd oil. I find it has a calming and relaxing effect. I also recommend the TRIP soft drinks, I find I sleep really well if I have one before bed.
I tried Kalms and didn't find them effective.
