I do exceptionally well until it comes to the stupid pictorial reasoning and it all goes to shit. It’s like my brain just says, “Whaaaaat? Who cares?” and I chose any old answer and get most of them wrong. WTAF!!!

There goes that job!

I honestly think jobs are going to back track from using these in the future. They are going to end up with a homogeneous workforce that can do picture reasoning but that won't translate to the variety of roles and people needed to make the world work..

Can you watch a you tube tutorial on how to do them? Or see if there is a quick online course to practice

If I had been prewarned, I would have practiced some online…. I’m quite shocked that they chose this style of testing for the role I’m going for, tbh… Thinking on your feet required as is ability to remain calm under pressure. (It’s an emt role)

Is this non-verbal reasoning?
I use a bit of deductive reasoning on these - just weed out what it can't be so that whatever's left must be the answer.
Difficult not to be prewarned though.

I think I might have panicked - also, there were 75 of these questions. That’s a lot.
