So today I received a leaflet from M & S/Ocado. At a quick glance I thought, “oh that’s a nice treat for loyal clients- discounts on 5 shops”. But no, only for new clients 😡 . Are the existing loyal customers not worth an occasional “treat” ? . Can Ocado not utilise a mailing list for current clients, and only send offers of this kind to non-current clients ?. Not only is it a waste of paper, resources and money to send useless leaflets to existing clients, but it’s also a big disappointment. Please try harder Ocado. (I’ve sent them this gripe ) Waitrose used to offer existing clients discount offers in leaflets like the one that arrived this morning….
Am I being unreasonable ladies ?
