With my job I have to register properties with gas and electric suppliers a few times a week and one thing I don't understand is why I have to type in the account number whilst I'm holding to speak to an adviser to then be asked again when I get through to someone... what is the point of this?
I understand security answers etc but EVERY time I phone it's the same... can anyone tell me why?!
