Do you take supplements? Can I pick your brain?

I have ARFID and struggle massively with my intake of vegetables and fruit. I would like to start taking supplements, whilst I know they are not the best replacement for actual vegetables I have little choice and I am guessing it will be better than nothing.
Since I would like to do this long term I wondered if anyone out there takes supplements and could recommend a reputable brand to buy from? I am wary of how massively different the prices can be on these and do not mind paying more for the better quality vitamin.

I would like to start with magnesium, vit D and iron.

There isn’t really a “better quality vitamin.” If you take a complex multivitamin and mineral supplement, which contains the RDA for all vital vitamins and minerals (check the labelling), you’ll be getting what you need.

The rest is mostly packaging and marketing, and preference: some people who struggle to swallow tablets prefer gummies, some people who struggle to remember to take a daily tablet or gummy prefer to use the dissolvable tablets which they can keep a pack of everywhere and drink on demand.
