What could have eaten my chocolate

This is a strange one with probably a simple answer. Yesterday, I came in from the car with a pile of stuff including half a large bar of dairy milk still in the wrapper folded over. Dumped everything on the table and went to bed.
This morning, I've just gone out to my car to go to work and the dairy milk wrapper is on my drive unfolded and the chocolate is gone. I obviously dropped it and didn't realise but the chocolate is gone. What animals at night would eat chocolate?

Foxes.

How would an animal get into your house, and then back out again, do you have a cat flap?

SoNiceToComeHomeTo · 28/01/2025 07:18

A human animal??
or maybe a fox. Hopefully not as it would be poisonous.

Any animal, really. Cat, fox, bird... Someone's dog on a late night walk.

I was thinking it must be foxes but didn't realise they would sniff out and like choocolate

They didn't, I'd dropped it outside and not realised

Rodents love chocolate

Ugh I hope it's not rats

Literally any animal would. Rats and mice like chocolate - hence why peoole use it in traps.
