Transgender. Fully supports Trump, now Trump has said that any trans person won’t be recognised in America.

Does she think that because she’s rich and famous this won’t apply to her? Is she that ignorant and privileged that she doesn’t understand she’s hurting people just like her?
or she just doesn’t care because she’s allowed to live the life and be who she wants but doesn’t want to allow others that same right.

I hope they make her use the men’s bathroom, it’s only fair, right?

Well yes, he should use the men’s bathroom. Because he is a man.

Trump is finally doing the sensible thing. You cannot pretend you are the other sex and allowing those delusions set a worrying precedent that he is thankfully now reversing.

It's 100% because she thinks it won't apply to her due to being rich and famous and the influence that comes with it. Look at abortion, more or less banned (and, chillingly South Carolina is currently investigating the ability to apply the death penalty for it) but the government officials, the rich, the lawmakers, etc will still send their wives, daughters and mistresses off "on a retreat" to get them done at private clinics abroad.

The executive order he signed says it will "protect women from gender idealogies" but no other details have been given about it. Why specifically women and why so vague on what those idealogies are? One could argue that wanting equality, a career, bodily autonomy, etc are gender idealogies as, historically, they have long been denied to women the world over.

I've known a trans women since we were at school and she thinks that trans women should be excluded from women's hospitals/sports/prisons etc. Trans people are not a monolithic voting block with the same opinions. My friend thinks that the activism of the last 10 years have made it impossible for people with gender dysphoria who just want to get on with their life much harder.

The jenner/ kardashians wealth and fame probably will shield him from trumps decisions while he is president. That's the sad reality of this world, often rules and regulations don't apply to those with power

Well the law didn’t apply to him when he killed somebody.

Germaine Greer once said something v interesting about Jenner - as Bruce his shine was dimmed but much more successful, attractive and interesting celebrity women who surrounded him. He was the second class citizen in the Kardashian clan. Then suddenly institutes as a woman - but thinks the hardest thing about being a woman is choosing what to wear and wants to retain his all male golf club membership.
