I literally cannot sleep with it, 40+1 and no sleep is already around the corner, any advice?

No advice but sending solitary. I couldn't sleep in pregnancy due my horrific snoring but it cleared up after and I slept better with a newborn baby 😂

Have you tried those breathe right strips and sea salt spray or a nasal douche?

Posithor · 19/01/2025 09:09

It's really horrible I've had it in all three pregnancies (currently 38 weeks and my nose is bleeding again 🫠)
On the plus it tends to go quickly after birth for me, hope you're the same.

Get those anti-snoring strips that go across the bridge of your nose and hold your sinuses open. They help a little.

It’s awful! Saline nasal spray was the only thing that gave me temporary relief. You’re nearly there and it should go after birth!

Thanks all, really appreciate your comments, thinking about the finish line!

As per PP, I was wearing breathe right strips 24/7!
