Hi all,
My dear dad (75) who has battled non Hodgkin's lymphoma on and off for 20 plus years , has developed a large painful lump in his earlobe, he saw his oncologist last week who doesn't think It is lymphoma related but seems concerned ,as is his GP (who has previously put him on antibiotics/steroids in case it was an infection, all bloods have come back ok) and he is having a scan later this week, apologies for his dignity I have not took photos , but it's getting larger as time goes on, a slight white looking spot is just above the lobe, and the ear lobe is large and red and sore looking , I saw him earlier and noticed he was wearing his hat just above the earlobe on that side as it's obviously sore/too big (my dad is not one to make a fuss but has said it's sore to touch/when he catches it) he did have a relapse with his lymphoma a few years ago where a tumor had formed behind his eye, which was sorted with radiotherapy, but I note it was the eye on the same side as his ear, wondered if anyone has or has had a family member experience such a bizarre thing in a ear lobe ?
Please feel free to share any experiences good or bad, id rather be prepared for all potential outcomes
Thanks all
