Hi all

i need to keep myself and two dc busy in Liverpool on Saturday for about 5 hours. Dc are 3 and 1.

does anyone have any suggestions of where might be good to go? Thinking along the lines of a shopping centre or softplay but open to suggestions as have never been before!

thanks! ☺️

Where will you be, and what time? Central? The Everyman have a toddler cinema showing which is nice, and then you can walk up to the World Museum which will kill a couple of hours. Central library next door. The Museum of Liverpool is also nice for toddlers to run around but it's down by the docks so a bit of a walk from the World Museum side of town (near Lime St station). Lots of easy places to eat, Franco Manca (Bold St) have a £5 pizza deal if you download their app and it's very child friendly.

The World Museum is good for killing a bit of time, theres an aquarium which went down well with my 2 year old. If you wanted to head towards the Albert Dock it’s a lovely walk and there’s another museum there that kids love and a place called Doogles doughnuts for a little treat.

World museum is great for little ones. A walk around the docks and some of the museums there but I think the maritime one is closed at the minute. Could do the ferry across the Mersey.

My little one always like to go into the lego shop and play with the duplo.

A lot of the restaurants around the docks are pretty child friendly. Rudys pizza was lovely and a chilled atmosphere.

Take them to the docks! Lots to see/do, space to run around, lots of food and snack options

There’s a great art/craft thing on for free for kids in the art gallery next door to world museum too at the moment!
