To want a meal planning app to do it all

I hate meal planning, shopping & frankly don’t like cooking.

Why isn’t there an app that I can put requirements into & it magically suggests easy recipes & gives me clear shopping lists of what I need?

I’m not talking expensive posh food just health simple family meals that I can cook whilst dealing with DC.

Maybe there is & I just don’t know about it🤷‍♀️

There are.
Quite a few of them are paid for though.
I can think of Sidekick by Sorted Food.

Have you tried chatgtp? It will make you a meal plan shopping list if you type in requirements. The more specific you are the better

Have you not heard of Gousto or Hello Fresh? Theres so many meal delivery services now but those are the big two.

Sidekick by Sorted Food.
I think they currently have a 30 day free trial, or something along those lines, if not now, then they do have similar offers through the year

Just do a rota- over a fortnight.
Same Monday a, Tuesday a etc.
It's boring but avoids you having to plan and think.
I get the problem btw- hated it!!

Use Chat gpt. Give it the instructions with how many people, with whatever likes/dislikes or allergies and the types of meals that you want or how much time you want to spend preparing it. Then when it gives you the plan tell it to make a shopping list and then tell it to give you the recipies.

We used chatgpt to help refine DD's food tech menu timings but I started asking it for recipes just to see what it came up with. I was amazed by how good the suggestions were. A couple of the suggestions have become family favourites and you can ask it to do things like "make it healthier", "make a portion for 1", "I don't like peas, suggest and alternative" or "break down steps further". I reckon you could put in some rules about likes, dislikes etc and it would do you a meal plan no bother.

Goblin tools is something I use to help with my adhd and they have a chef section where you input your ingredients and it gives a recipe.

Oh and it'll summarise a shopping list and even arrange it in logically in aisle order (eg dairy together, baking ingredients together)
