Video calls in a restaurant

The bloody ignorance of some folk. Taking not one, but two FaceTime calls with children screaming in the background. Why do you have to have them on speaker phone?? Why does everyone have to know your business?? Just take it as a normal phone call, we are having a peaceful dinner for the two of us, but your sodding video calls trump that don't they...not.

some people just don;'t have any manners or self awareness. pretty selfish to do that but seems to be common these days

They could see folk upset but carried on regardless

That is so annoying and rude!!!

I probably would have asked them to take the call outside as they were spoiling my evening but I've become less tolerant of rude people in my older age.

I would have said something to them or the staff but I'm 53 and don't put up with this shit.
