To ask how do your eyebrows look?

I made the mistake of having Microblading and I’ve finally had it lasered off and it’s gone. I have a good amount of hair to work with but I think the thin look is actually the way to go - not 90s thin.

How do yours look?

Natural. Just stray hairs removed and sparse bits lightly filled in.

Honestlyhonay · 02/01/2025 04:21

Mine just look natural. Can’t stand the fake eyebrow look.

WomenInConstruction · 02/01/2025 04:23

I keep them tidy, but don't follow brow fashion. They are naturally quite a strong brow, but not that 'drawn on with a sharpie' kind of strong that you see.

PeloMom · 02/01/2025 04:31

I groom mine regularly but they’re not thin- naturally thick but tidy and well shaped if that makes sense. The over plucked style never appealed to me.

Natsku · 02/01/2025 04:33

The same as they always have. I've never touched my eyebrows.

fivebyfivebuffy · 02/01/2025 04:45

I've had micropigmentation and I just use a bit of brow gel on them

tanqueray10 · 02/01/2025 04:52

After years of massively over plucking mine , I grew them back during lockdown. Luckily they came back apart from a few missing patches and they are now much fuller and more natural looking!

onefootinfrontoftheotherbabe · 02/01/2025 05:01

I’ve also had micropigmentation. They’re not thick or heavy.
I dye them at home every month or so but do nothing else

I had powder brows done a couple of years ago, a very light and subtle way of giving you brow shape. I now pluck into that shape which I can see under the natural brow. They have faded a bit so I fill with soft brow pencil.

dancingwhilstfacingthemusic · 02/01/2025 05:20

Well I don’t have any at the moment due to chemo, but they look fabulous as I had them microbladed before treatment started 🤣. A lady called Karen Betts did them, not cheap but I bless the person who told me about her!

When I had them, they were a little patchy due to age, so I regularly had them tinted and threaded. Hoping they grow back nice and full but also plan to keep up with the microblading with Karen (or one of her less expensive clinic colleagues, as it is subtle and just right.

Cappuccinowithonesugarplease · 02/01/2025 06:30

Microblader here.
Mine have been done but not topped up for over 3 years
It can make the world of difference for some people but not for everybody.

Heelworkhero · 02/01/2025 06:36

Mine meet in the middle, so I remove them when I remember. Otherwise, life is too short to think about eyebrows other than to check they’ve not all fallen out for no reason…….

Matildatoldsuchdreadfullies · 02/01/2025 06:39

Mine are naturally Dennis Healey.

TimeIretired · 02/01/2025 06:42

Had powder brows done about 6 weeks ago after following a business for about 4 years. TBH after years of over plucking my brows were virtually none existent and I was sick of pencilling them in, only to find one (the more sparse one hair wise) had rubbed off during the day. Not a great look!

Have to say it’s the best thing I have ever done and wish I’d done it a couple of years ago. I feel so more confident now. Sorry to hear you’ve had such a bad experience think your problem may have been the provider rather than the actual treatment.

Meadowfinch · 02/01/2025 07:01

Growing back. I'm three years past chemo and my eyebrows have been the last thing to regenerate.

I have plenty of brow to work with now but the hairs are slightly uneven so I add some light brown background shading to fill in. I'm getting there 😊

dancingwhilstfacingthemusic · 02/01/2025 09:22

Nice work @Meadowfinch 😀

2025HereICome · 02/01/2025 10:37

I was a teen in the 00s and unfortunately succumbed to the pencil thin eyebrow look... and they never grew back fully 😩 I pencil them everyday, it's a pain so I have been looking at micro blading, just terrified I'll pick the wrong person and they'll be awful.

Cantthinkofonenow · 02/01/2025 10:39

I have dark/thick eyebrows and have to get them waxed every few weeks

rufflecat · 06/12/2025 20:09

oh I know this is an old post but was just wondering how you found the laser removal OP? did you have much to remove? did it all come off easily? how are you getting on now?

BooseysMom · 06/12/2025 20:28

I've only ever had mine shaped and tinted once. I'm fair haired and just wondered what I'd look like. I wish I hadn't bothered as my young DS took one look at me and said NO!! Lol. Now I just cut the fuzzy bit off that's in the middle and leave them au naturale. When I went to the staff Xmas party I used a soft brown brow pencil but nobody noticed.

forestbanana · 06/12/2025 20:34

Just got them done just a wax
