I’m back to work today after 2 weeks off and I could barely write an email. Instead of feeling refreshed and motivated I felt overwhelmed and exhausted.
Make me feel better and tell me you feel the same and any tips for fighting it? I have so much to do and my house is a shit heap too. No energy or motivation at all…

Luckily I go back next Monday but I plan to take it very easy the first week!

Rafting2022 · 30/12/2024 18:21

I’m back on Thursday but will do the bare minimum and consider the year to start on Monday 6th.

TeaHagTeaBag · 30/12/2024 18:32

I'm going back on 2nd so I don't have to face a long week, and because everyone else isn't back til 6th so I can get some admin and background stuff done at a leisurely pace before people start annoying me.

Yes the first week back is just about getting through it.
