Dyson Airwraps- are they worth it?

I really, really want one! I’ve got long wavy:straight hair and I’d love to get it into some proper beach waves or even curls. But they’re sooooo expensive! I can afford it. I’ve got just over £400 of allocated Christmas money that I didn’t spend. But it seems so indulgent and I don’t want to waste my money. I’ve seen them on sale for £399. Should I do it?

I love love love mine! But it is a blow dry tool, not a curler - it won't burn / set curls into your hair the same way a curling iron will do for example.

My hair holds a curl well and I can get my Dyson blowdry to last for 2-3 days.

They're very marmite! It does take a bit of time to learn how to use, especially if you're not big on hair tools currently, but I get constant compliments on my hair and I love using it.

Does your hair hold styles well?

@TTPDTS it used to be very long and thick and lose its style quickly. But I’ve reached an age where I’ve lost a lot of hair and it’s definitely more wavy/curly than it used to be? I wish there was somewhere I could try them out and see if it works for me

I love mine, I can't 'do' hair ordinarily, but these make it easy to have good hair, very quickly, most days!

The threads on Style & Beauty always end in deadlock, some people love them some don't.

There are places to try them, but in cities e.g. Birmingham Bullring, Liverpool John Lewis.

QVC have a 60-day money back guarantee.

I love mine, wouldn't be without it. But as above, not everyone does - there isn't a clearcut answer.

They're amazing for curls.. but doesn't give the crown of my head any body.
