Buying gig tickets on Viagogo

Are they valid tickets or am I likely to be scammed? I've only ever bought from ticket master before. It's a long time since I bought gig tickets. Feeling old.

Don't do it. Go on Twickets and keep an eye out on Ticketmaster resale. Whole viagogo often offer genuine tickets the mark up can be ridiculous

I’ve done it and it was fine but I didn’t know until I’d bought them. They were double the price which I didn’t realise

They are massively overpriced on there

I was tempted when I was trying to get Taylor Swift tickets this summer, I heard a mix of stories about genuine sellers and some being ripped off and losing money or getting turned away at the gate.

In the end I got tickets through Ticketmaster for £160, Viagogo were selling ones in the same block for £2500.
