It’s 9.20pm on a late December evening but I’ve just been out running.

im glad I did it. I’ve been on a slight downward spiral past few weeks and HAVE to make the effort

Good luck to everyone who’s fighting their own battles

YANBU - if you feel good for having done it then who cares what anyone else thinks

I'm don't think anyone would think you're being unreasonable 🤷

Night time running looking at the Christmas lights is often much nicer than daytime running at this time of year.

I did C25k after 10pm at night when baby was little and finally finished cluster feeding and had a few hours sleep.

Well done OP! Keep pushing keep going
Go out tomorrow or the Christmas Eve. Keep the routine, keep the pace.
Dont dwell on the lapses we all have them it’s the future goals that count. I have a chart on the kitchen wall to remind me of how many km I need to be running esp at this time of year when I need to manage my stress and avoid overeating. I’ve been out running all month and plan on doing 15k tomorrow then 8km Christmas Eve and back for a short 5km Boxing Day

So jealous 😫 I've been out since late October with a pelvic stress fracture, still on crutches when I'm out and about, and no return to running until March at the earliest. Cried trying to do some Christmas prep earlier because I still hurt if I overdo it. Honestly so bad for my stress levels!
