I lied about my past to my partner about who I had been with before him but eventually I did the right thing and told him the truth and spent months trying to build the trust back, but now asking me to do a lie detector test to prove to him I never slept with anyone at the beginning of our relationship when we was seeing eaxorher even though I never gave him any doubt as I was putting innall the effort to be withbhim and because of how persistent I was we became official but becsyee u said no to the test that I actually want him to trust me he has left me

Polygraphs are nothing more than a psychological tool to test the subject. Police are allowed to lie to people in interrogations (yes really!) and they can tell you you failed a polygraph to elicit some sort of response.
They are non-admissible in court because they are complete garbage.
Nobody should ever agree to a polygraph, it does no favours for a suspect regardless of their innocence or guilt.
Vastly different results can be obtained depending on who is administering and who is interpreting the test.
And it's been proven that you can pass one even if you are guilty as sin.

Quack science.
