Ok - since roughly the end of November - I’ve let everything go -
my diet
my fitness plan
my disciplined spending
sorting my house
I’m going to start my new regime today .. fitness /organising house / diet etc
can I please ask you Mumsnetters for some positive vibes and encouragement? The reason is this dieting lark is so hard - it’s so tempting for me to eat calorific foods today and start again tomorrow 🎂🎂🎂
