I’m long term supply due to leave after Xmas and we have just had ofsted and I am based in EYFS, there are two classes, was observed teaching maths and phonics and the environment was observed. The other teacher who’s been there for years was observed less in terms of lessons and more for the environment. Why did they do tjay? Why were my lessons observed mainly ? Is it okay to believe that I played a big role on the outstanding outcome of the EYFS?
