I’m just struggling to understand what protestors might be hoping to see in an EQIA other than one might not have been done to tick the box? Am I missing something?
Campaigners lose challenge over XL Bully restrictions. Judge does find that an adequate equalities impact assessment was not done around rehoming, designation, compensation and exemption.
