Just spent 5 minutes trying to open it following the instructions and then the lid popped off and coffee went everywhere. MAKE YOUR PACKAGING ACCESSIBLE

I can't open the jars either. Don't understand how the issue didn't come up in product testing. Puts me off buying it.

They've even had to put instructions on the jar! I can only assume they're all so practiced in it in their offices that they assume everyone can wiggle and pop or whatever they want to call it without the coffee going everywhere. Only bought it as it was on offer.

I have to decant the contents into an old coffee jar with a screw lid- I couldn't agree more.

It's encouraging to read it's not just me who can't open the bloody things. I'm not ashamed to admit on more than one occasion I've actually had a cup of tea instead because I just can't face trying and failing to open the jar.

I've taken to prising it open with a spoon. Got sick of cleaning coffee off the side.
