Ncc1 form handed in , all evidence submitted , asked for this to be backdated as when applying for uc no one ever made me aware of special circumstances with regards to excemption of 3rd child , after actually being advised about this 3 years later ..I have now applied , all evidence needed to award the payment is there, but they said they can't backdate at all , I find this shocking as after reading on here many women have had this backdated x
